Dear Members,
KUACON 2026 will be held at Gadag from October 2nd to 4th, 2026.

Scientific material can be sent under the following categories. The guidelines are available on the KUA website, www.kua.in
KUA members are requested to enter into their Member login area using the password provided and enter the abstract on the appropriate section on the dashboard. For best video award, members are also requested to send video in mp4 format to Honorary Secretary through WhatsApp to his mobile number 9019837124.
1. Applications are invited from postgraduates for pre-assessment credit for Devon Travelling Fellowship 2026.
Kindly login to your members area to submit your details of presentations, awards and publications. Copies of these should be compulsorily attached to get necessary credit. The last date of submission is 31st July 2026.
2. Applications are invited for the following Posts of KUA Council for the year 2026-2027
Interested Full members of the association have to apply online through member login area and follow the instructions in the “Apply for KUA council post” in the website login page.
Last date for application is 15th August 2026.
Last date for withdrawal is 30th August 2026.
Election officer: Dr Shreekant Meharwade, Past President
The rules and regulations of the Association shall apply.
3. GENERAL BODY MEETING of the association is scheduled on 3rd October 2026 , Saturday, 5:30pm onwards for its full members
Full members who wish to propose any amendments should bring it to the notice of the Secretary by mail before 30th August 2026.
4. All the Secretaries of local associations/bodies like BUS, MYSOGUS, MUF, HDNUF, Siddeshwara, other bodies to send their reports to Secretary by 30th August 2026
5. Venue for Next KUACON:
Dr Gajanan Bhat has proposed to host KUACON 2027 at Sirsi and Dr. S Joseph Philipraj has proposed to host KUACON 2028 at Kolar (Subject to Approval in GBM at KUACON 2026, Gadag)
Any institutions/local bodies that are keen to conduct the KUACON 2029, kindly login in to Registered Members Area and on the dash board, Click on APPLY FOR HOSTING KUACON and complete the form with Proposer signature and 2 other signatories.
The venue will be decided during GBM in KUACON 2026 at Gadag.
